High Efficiency -
Wood Gasification - Simple Design
Choose
Seton Boilers for a better, cleaner, more
environmentally responsible future.
Bethel Engineering is offering
the next generation of the Seton
Boiler. It
holds a no load fire longer, has increased
efficiency, lower emissions on low fire, decreased
ash removal frequency, reduced dump zone frequency,
reduced chimney related requirements and a stainless
steel evaporative condensate system.
This unique wood-fired
boiler was the culmination of a 3-year R & D effort
that ended over 20 years ago. It was
discovered that the heavier tars and creosotes start
burning above 1200 degrees. However, steel
starts to break down at 800 degrees . This is
why steel woodstoves burn dirty and don't last long.
All outdoor water stoves that surround the fire with
a steel firebox and water, result in the removal of
the combustion heat before it reaches the
temperature necessary for a clean, high-efficient
burn.
Seton wood boilers
are built on the ideas of simplicity, efficiency and
environmental stewardship. Wood, a renewable
resource, burns completely in Seton boilers,
providing clean heating and efficiency levels equal
to fossil fuels. Simple in their construction
and easy to operate, Seton boilers utilize
technologies resulting from over thirty years of
research and boiler manufacturing.
Made in the USA,
each Seton boiler is hand-assembled and pressure
tested. Available in three sizes suitable for
a variety of home, business and factory
installations, Seton boilers are backed by a
friendly customer service department, a
knowledgeable technical service team, and a twenty
year warranty.
Fact - Wood is
a renewable energy source
Fact - Our
boilers burn 60% less wood than other outdoor or
indoor boilers
Fact - Our
boilers get hot enough to fully combust the
creosotes and other gases that often end up lining
the chimney and stove pipes
Fact - We are
dedicated to a clean and efficient wood burning
future with a net loss in carbon dioxide.
